Freelancer Sales Expert (Freelancer.com Specialist) (Night Shift)

We are seeking a results-driven Freelancer Sales Expert to manage and scale our presence on Freelancer.com and other freelance marketplaces.
Role Overview
The Freelancer Sales Expert will be responsible for generating qualified leads, crafting high-converting proposals, securing projects, and building long-term client relationships through Freelancer.com and similar platforms. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong track record in freelance bidding, negotiation, and revenue generation within the IT and digital services industry.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and optimize company profiles on Freelancer.com and other freelance marketplaces (Upwork, Fiverr, Guru, PeoplePerHour).
Identify and bid on relevant projects aligned with the company’s services and capabilities.
Write compelling, customized proposals and responses to client inquiries.
Communicate with clients, understand requirements, and coordinate with technical teams to prepare accurate quotations.
Negotiate project scope, pricing, and timelines to close high-value deals.
Convert low-ticket projects into high-ticket and long-term engagements.
Maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
Track daily bidding activities, pipeline status, and revenue performance.
Utilize platform tools such as milestone payments, sponsored bids, and analytics to maximize success rates.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders including project managers, developers, and designers to ensure successful project delivery.
Maintain confidentiality and comply with client IP and NDA requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience as a Freelancer.com Sales Expert, Online Bidder, or Business Development Executive in the IT/software services industry.
Demonstrated success in securing projects related to web development, mobile apps, UI/UX design, SaaS, and digital marketing.
Strong expertise in proposal writing, bid strategy, and client communication.
Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
Experience negotiating contracts and closing high-value deals.
Solid understanding of software development and digital marketing services.
Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, Pipedrive) and sales automation tools.
Ability to work independently, meet revenue targets, and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to sales performance.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience managing Freelancer.com accounts for agencies or IT service companies.
Track record of generating consistent monthly revenue through freelance platforms.
Familiarity with AI bidding tools and automation solutions.
Experience working with international clients and offshore delivery teams.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
