Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve and manage sales targets
• Handle client dealings, meetings, and closures
• Lead and support the sales team
• Build and maintain client relationships

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of real estate sales experience (mandatory)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated and target-driven
