Job Overview:

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as Call Center Trainees. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with 0–6 months of experience who have strong English communication skills and are eager to build a career in the call center industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle outbound/inbound calls professionally
• Communicate effectively with clients in English
• Provide accurate information and maintain call records
• Follow company scripts and guidelines
• Meet daily/weekly performance targets
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude

Requirements:

• 0–6 months of experience (Fresh candidates are encouraged to apply)
• Good English speaking and communication skills
• Basic computer knowledge
• Willingness to work in night shift (6:00 PM – 3:00 AM)
• Strong interpersonal and listening skills

Training & Career Growth:

• 2 weeks paid training will be provided
• Upon successful completion, candidates will be offered a permanent position
• Performance-based increments during 3-month probation period
