Customer Support Executive

We’re looking for a Customer Support Executive to join our growing team in Lahore Cantt. If you have strong communication skills and enjoy helping people, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email

Provide timely and accurate information to customers

Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude

Record and update customer interactions efficiently

Requirements

Excellent communication skills in English

Ability to work full-time (Monday–Saturday, 7:00 PM – 3:00 AM)

Previous experience in customer support is a plus, but not required
