Job Overview:
Bin Khalid Group (BKG) is looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Support Representative (CSR) to deliver exceptional service to our clients. The ideal candidate will manage customer interactions, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure a smooth and positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via calls, emails, and in-person interactions
- Handle and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and issue resolution
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve concerns promptly
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and engagement
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in a customer support or CSR role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Familiarity with CRM systems and MS Office
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
