Exceptional communication skills which must lead to customer satisfaction and subsequently a high conversion percentage.

The candidate MUST have an English accent that is either neutral or native to the USA.

Customer service representatives are trained to handle a wide range of issues, such as product inquiries, technical problems, billing discrepancies, and more. The focus is on efficiently and satisfactorily resolving these problems.

Customer service representatives are often trained to handle difficult or upset customers with patience and professionalism. This might involve de-escalation techniques and finding solutions that satisfy the customer.

Cold calling is a sales and marketing technique in which a salesperson or representative makes unsolicited phone calls to potential customers or clients who have not expressed prior interest in the product or service being offered. The goal of cold calling is to initiate a conversation, build rapport, and ultimately persuade the prospect to take a desired action, such as making a purchase, scheduling a meeting, or signing up for a service.

Attention to Detail and organization

Must be good at understanding diverse accent range.

Responding efficiently and accurately to callers, explaining possible solutions, and ensuring that clients feel supported and valued.

Building lasting relationships with clients and other call center team members based on trust and reliability.

Experience: Customer Service: 2 years (Preferred)

Lahore: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
