BP Communications is hiring a Customer Service Representative to join our growing team in Lahore. This role is ideal for both experienced candidates (UK/USA customers) and fresh graduates with strong English communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.

The selected candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, assisting with inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer queries via calls and emails professionally
  • Understand customer concerns and provide accurate solutions
  • Record and update customer interactions in CRM systems
  • Follow up on pending or escalated cases until resolution
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues
  • Share customer feedback to improve service quality
  • Maintain product and service knowledge

Requirements

  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • 1–2 years of customer support or call center experience preferred
  • Fluent in spoken and written English
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Ability to manage multiple conversations
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Schedule

Monday to Friday (Weekends off)

Working Hours:

  • Summer: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM
  • Winter: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM

Work Location

On-site – Garden Town, Lahore

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
