Customer Support & Logistics Executive

Job Description:

We are looking for a Customer Support & Logistics Executive to join our growing team. This role involves handling customer queries while supporting logistics operations for our new startup Revibe, an online store specializing in thrifted pants. The ideal candidate should be organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a startup environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Support

Handle customer inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, Instagram, and email

Provide accurate information about products, orders, and delivery timelines

Resolve customer concerns in a professional and timely manner

Follow up with customers regarding orders and feedback

Logistics & Operations (Revibe – Online Thrift Store)

Assist in managing inventory

Coordinate order processing, packaging, and dispatching

Maintain inventory records and update stock availability

Coordinate with delivery partners and riders for timely dispatch

Track shipments and update order statuses

Support day-to-day logistics operations as the startup scales

Requirements:

The main requirement is that you should be energetic, willing to learn and a natural salesman

Prior experience in customer support or logistics is a plus (fresh candidates may apply)

Basic understanding of inventory management and dispatch processes

Good communication and organizational skills

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced startup environment

Proficient in excel.

Working Hours:

6 Hours onsite + flexible remote hours (replying to customers via WhatsApp)

Salary:

55k+ based on your skillset
