CSR - Truck Dispatcher

We’re hiring ‘Customer Service Executive,(Dispatcher) for our USA-based campaign “Logistics & Dispatch”.

• A truck dispatcher is responsible for planning and scheduling daily freight loads, assigning them to drivers, and ensuring timely pickups and deliveries.
• They communicate continuously with drivers, brokers, and shippers to provide clear load details and resolve any issues during transit.
• Dispatchers optimize routes using tracking tools, adjust for delays, and maintain all required documentation and records.
• They negotiate rates with brokers, manage load profitability, and provide excellent customer service by giving regular shipment updates.
• Additionally, they support drivers with paperwork, compliance, and on-road guidance to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Requirements:

• Graduation/Intermediate
• Fluent in English
• Fresh to 6 months experience

Timings: 6pm - 3am (night-shift only)
