As we expand, we are seeking a motivated Operations Associate to join our team and play a key role in streamlining operations, supporting production, and driving efficiency across our supply chain.
What You’ll Do
As an Operations Associate, you will:
- Support Supply Chain & Logistics: Coordinate procurement, inventory management, and vendor relationships to ensure smooth product flow.
- Assist in Production & Quality: Work closely with production teams to plan schedules, monitor output, and uphold quality standards.
- Drive Project Execution: Track timelines, manage deliverables, and prepare operational reports for leadership review.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Act as a bridge between operations, sales, and branding teams to ensure seamless communication and execution.
- Problem-Solve on the Spot: Apply practical, street-smart solutions to challenges in a fast-paced environment.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management/ Project Management,/Total Quality Management/ Industrial Engineering.
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in operations, supply chain, or manufacturing.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills – able to work with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Street-smart, resourceful, and adaptable in dynamic situations.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Good Excel Skills) and project management tools.
