<ul><li>Safely and punctually drive the CEO to meetings, appointments, and official engagements.</li><li>Maintain cleanliness, fuel levels, and mechanical condition of the assigned vehicle.</li><li>Conduct daily vehicle inspections and ensure timely servicing and repairs.</li><li>Plan routes efficiently, considering traffic and time constraints.</li><li>Maintain a vehicle logbook (mileage, fuel, maintenance, etc.).</li><li>Ensure confidentiality and discretion while handling CEO-related information and conversations.</li><li>Assist the CEO with delivery and collection of important documents, parcels, and confidential materials.</li><li>Support administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and coordination with office departments when required.</li><li>Handle errands and logistics related to the CEO&rsquo;s office, including airport transfers, guest pickups, and event coordination.</li><li>Maintain communication with the Admin/HR department for scheduling, reimbursements, and related documentation.</li><li>Ensure readiness of the vehicle for daily use (clean interior, stocked water, emergency kit, etc.).</li><li>Manage CEO&rsquo;s schedule, meetings, travel plans, and appointments efficiently.</li><li>Handle personal and family-related tasks assigned by the CEO.</li><li>Accompany the CEO during travel or visits as needed.</li><li>Manage household and lifestyle arrangements when required.</li><li>Oversee errands, event arrangements, and other personal commitments on behalf of the CEO.</li><li>Act as a bridge between the CEO and staff to ensure smooth communication.</li><li>Maintain strict confidentiality of all business and personal information.</li><li>Monitor follow-ups and ensure timely completion of tasks delegated by the CEO.</li><li>Maintain an organized filing system for both personal and business records.</li><li>Track expenses and prepare expense reports.</li><li>Handle correspondence, phone calls, and confidential documentation.</li><li>Prepare reports, presentations, and minutes of meetings as required.</li><li>Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO.</li><li>Any other responsibilities provided by the company</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Have you previously Worked with or for CEO?</li><li>This is an on Site job are you willing to relocate or travel to Green forts-2?</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Administration : 3 years (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
