Banking &amp; Financial Transactions<ul><li>Manage daily banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and online transfers.</li><li>Prepare and process payment instruments (cheques, pay orders, RTGS/IBFT).</li><li>Handle bank reconciliations on a regular basis.</li><li>Coordinate with banks regarding account operations, documentation, and issue resolution.</li><li>Monitor cash flow and maintain adequate balances for operational needs.</li></ul>2. Accounts &amp; Bookkeeping<ul><li>Maintain accurate records of receivables and payables.</li><li>Prepare journal entries and post transactions in accounting software.</li><li>Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing.</li><li>Maintain general ledger and ensure accuracy of financial data.</li></ul>3. FMCG/Dairy Operations Support<ul><li>Manage distributor payments and collections.</li><li>Reconcile sales, returns, and promotional adjustments.</li><li>Monitor credit limits and follow up on outstanding receivables.</li><li>Coordinate with sales and supply chain departments for financial verification.</li></ul>4. Compliance &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Ensure compliance with tax regulations and company policies.</li><li>Assist in preparation of financial reports and statements.</li><li>Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation.</li></ul>5. Documentation &amp; Record Management<ul><li>Maintain proper filing of banking and financial documents.</li><li>Ensure secure handling of financial instruments and confidential records.</li></ul>Required Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com / BBA / Equivalent).</li><li>Minimum 3&ndash;5 years of experience in a Dairy or FMCG company.</li><li>Strong knowledge of banking procedures and financial operations.</li><li>Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., ERP systems, QuickBooks, SAP, or similar).</li><li>Good command of MS Excel and financial reporting tools.</li></ul>Skills &amp; Competencies<ul><li>Strong analytical and reconciliation skills.</li><li>Attention to detail and accuracy.</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.</li><li>Good communication and coordination skills.</li><li>High level of integrity and confidentiality.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Can You Commute to Green Forts-2 on Daily Basis?</li><li>Do you have previous experience dealing with banks or dealing in bankig transaction and record keeping?</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Accounts and Banking: 3 years (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
