Facility Officer

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Facility Officer to manage and maintain our healthcare/aesthetics facility. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth day-to-day operations, cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily facility operations and maintenance activities
• Coordinate with vendors, cleaners, security, and maintenance staff
• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards are maintained
• Manage repair and maintenance requests promptly
• Monitor utility usage (electricity, water, HVAC, etc.)
• Maintain records of facility-related expenses and inventory
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies
• Support administration with facility-related tasks

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma (preferred)
• 1–2 years of experience in a similar role
• Knowledge of facility management and basic maintenance
• Strong coordination and communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Experience in healthcare or aesthetics setup will be a plus
