Job Title: Manager Services

Location: Q block, DHA Phase 8 - Ex Air Avenue Block Q DHA Phase 8, Lahore, 54000

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and supervise all service operations including housekeeping, maintenance, security, and support staff.
  • Ensure service delivery meets established quality, safety, and hygiene standards.
  • Develop and implement service procedures, SOPs, and performance benchmarks.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors for uninterrupted services.
  • Monitor service performance, conduct inspections, and address issues promptly.
  • Handle customer/tenant complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution.
  • Prepare service-related reports, budgets, and cost-control plans.
  • Train, evaluate, and motivate service staff to enhance performance.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and safety regulations.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in services, hospitality, facilities, or residential management.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of service operations, vendor management, and quality control.
