Job Description:
Position Purpose:

The Assistant Manager Admin is responsible for leading the administrative department to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. By overseeing facility management, vendor relations, and office logistics, this role ensures a productive workplace and high-performance environment for the entire I&K team.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Office Operations: Lead and supervise administrative staff to ensure the Head Office operates efficiently.
  • Logistics & Travel: Manage company transport, travel bookings, and fleet coordination.
  • Asset & Inventory Management: Maintain strict control over company assets, office supplies, and inventory levels.
  • Vendor Liaison: Negotiate with and manage external vendors, contractors, and service providers to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality.
  • Employee Support: Provide essential workplace services and resolve facility-related issues promptly.
  • Financial Oversight: Manage administrative budgets, utility bills, and petty cash with high integrity.

  • Office & Staff Management: Coordinate daily office operations and effectively lead the administrative team to ensure efficiency.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Build strong relationships with vendors and service providers through effective negotiation and communication.

Qualification:

Experience:

  • 2–3 years of relevant experience (FMCG industry experience is a major plus).
