Job description:

AAW Group is seeking a proactive and organized Administration Officer to support daily office operations and ensure smooth administrative workflows. The ideal candidate will manage office tasks, coordinate with departments, and assist in maintaining efficient administrative processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day administrative operations and office management.
  • Maintain and organize company records, files, and documentation.
  • Handle correspondence, emails, and communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and maintenance needs.
  • Liaison with Govt. departments as and when required.
  • Oversee and ensure the completeness of any civil work.
  • Perform procurement related to admin scope of work.
  • Assist in coordinating meetings, scheduling, and logistics.
  • Support HR and accounts teams with administrative tasks when required.
  • Ensure a professional and efficient office environment.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in administration or a related role.
  • Qualification: Intermediate or Graduation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace tools.
  • Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
