HR Recruiter (Female Only)

Devinity Solutions is a fast-growing software and IT services company, delivering innovative technology solutions including software development, AI integration, and IT staff augmentation for international clients. We are looking for a dynamic and proactive HR Executive to join our team and support our organizational growth.

• Night Shift: 6pm to 2am ( Females Only)

Role Overview:

As an HR Executive, you will be responsible for handling Recruitment, employee relations, performance management. This role requires excellent communication skills, organizational ability, and the capability to maintain a positive and and productive work place culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment cycle including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
• Organize training, workshops, and employee engagement activities.
• Handle grievance management and conflict resolution in a professional manner.
• Foster a healthy and collaborative work culture aligned with company values.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 6 Month or 1 year of experience in HR (experience in software/IT industry preferred).
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR tools/software.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
• A good number of professional connections on LinkedIn (preferred for recruitment & outreach).
