HR Executive

We are looking for a dedicated HR Executive to manage HR operations and ensure the smooth functioning of HR processes. The ideal candidate will support recruitment, employee relations, payroll, and other HR activities while maintaining compliance with labor laws.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Maintain employee records and update HR databases.
• Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration.
• Support performance management and training programs.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Handle employee grievances and foster a positive work environment.
• Assist in HR reporting and data analysis.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in HR or related roles.
• Good understanding of labor laws and HR practices.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/tools.

Job Location: Link Road Model Town, Lahore
Job Timings: 1 PM to 10 PM (Mondays to Fridays)
