HR Assistant

The HR Assistant at Citiguard Security provides administrative and operational support to the Human Resources department, ensuring efficient recruitment, deployment, compliance, and employee management for security personnel. This role plays a key part in maintaining accurate records, supporting guard onboarding, and ensuring compliance with labour and security industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding

· Assist with recruitment of security guards and support staff, including posting vacancies, screening applicants, and scheduling interviews

· Coordinate background checks, reference checks, and licensing requirements for security personnel

· Prepare offer letters, contracts, and onboarding documentation

· Support orientation and induction of new hires, including uniform and ID issuance coordination

Employee Records & Administration

· Maintain accurate employee files, including licenses, training certificates, IDs, and deployment records

· Update HR databases and personnel records regularly

· Track attendance, shifts, leave, and disciplinary records for guards and staff

Compliance & Reporting

· Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and security industry regulations

· Assist with audits, inspections, and regulatory documentation

· Prepare HR reports related to staffing levels, turnover, and deployments

Payroll & Benefits Support

· Assist with payroll data preparation (attendance, overtime, allowances)

· Support benefits administration and respond to employee HR-related queries

Employee Relations

· Serve as a point of contact for guards and staff regarding HR policies, contracts, and benefits

· Support disciplinary processes and documentation under supervision

· Assist in resolving basic employee concerns professionally and confidentially

Required Qualifications

· Previous experience in HR or administration (experience in security services or manpower companies is an advantage)

· Basic knowledge of labour laws and HR practices

· Computer literacy, including MS Word and Excel; HRIS experience is a plus

· Strong organizational and communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs25,000.00 - Rs30,000.00 per month
