Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes including job postings, screening, interviewing, and offers.
- Coordinate onboarding programs to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
- Prepare employment contracts and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
Employee Relations
- Act as a point of contact for employee queries, grievances, and conflict resolution.
- Support managers in handling employee performance and disciplinary issues.
- Foster a positive workplace culture that promotes engagement and retention.
HR Operations & Administration
- Maintain and update HRIS records including attendance, leave balances, and employee data.
- Administer compensation, benefits, and payroll coordination with Finance.
- Ensure accurate documentation and filing of HR records.
Policy & Compliance
- Draft, update, and communicate HR policies in line with company standards and labor law.
- Monitor compliance with statutory requirements (social insurance, contracts, etc.).
- Support audits and reporting requirements.
Performance & Development
- Assist in implementing performance appraisal systems.
- Coordinate training and development initiatives.
- Track employee development plans and career progression.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication in English & Arabic - written & verbal.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in customer services.
- Proven track record of exceeding client expectations.
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients at all levels.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and customer service software.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: E£18,000.00 - E£28,000.00 per month
