Senior HR Executive, Cairo, UAE & Saudi

Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes including job postings, screening, interviewing, and offers.
  • Coordinate onboarding programs to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
  • Prepare employment contracts and ensure compliance with legal requirements.

Employee Relations

  • Act as a point of contact for employee queries, grievances, and conflict resolution.
  • Support managers in handling employee performance and disciplinary issues.
  • Foster a positive workplace culture that promotes engagement and retention.

HR Operations & Administration

  • Maintain and update HRIS records including attendance, leave balances, and employee data.
  • Administer compensation, benefits, and payroll coordination with Finance.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and filing of HR records.

Policy & Compliance

  • Draft, update, and communicate HR policies in line with company standards and labor law.
  • Monitor compliance with statutory requirements (social insurance, contracts, etc.).
  • Support audits and reporting requirements.

Performance & Development

  • Assist in implementing performance appraisal systems.
  • Coordinate training and development initiatives.
  • Track employee development plans and career progression.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication in English & Arabic - written & verbal.
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in customer services.
  • Proven track record of exceeding client expectations.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with clients at all levels.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and customer service software.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: E£18,000.00 - E£28,000.00 per month
