We’re Hiring HR Generalist for Amgad Brokerage Insurance

We’re looking for an experienced HR Generalist to handle recruitment for sales teams and help build a motivating, positive work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process
• Handle onboarding & off-boarding
• Payroll and personnel management
• Support employee engagement and motivation

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of HR experience
• Previous HR experience in sales fields (Real Estate / Insurance)
• Bachelor’s degree
• Must live near Dokki, Giza

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: E£15,000.00 - E£20,000.00 per month
