Role OverviewThe Operations Manager will oversee and manage all procurement activities and operations-related functions to ensure efficient, cost-effective, and timely business performance. This role requires strong analytical skills, vendor management capabilities, a process-driven mindset, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency.Key ResponsibilitiesProcurement Management<ul><li>Develop and implement procurement strategies to ensure timely availability of materials, products, and services.</li><li>Identify, evaluate, and manage vendor relationships to achieve optimal cost, quality, and delivery performance.</li><li>Conduct negotiations for contracts, pricing, and payment terms with suppliers.</li><li>Oversee purchase orders, approvals, and procurement workflows to ensure compliance and accuracy.</li><li>Monitor supplier performance and address gaps through corrective actions and performance reviews.</li><li>Maintain accurate procurement records, inventories, and documentation.</li></ul>Operations Management<ul><li>Plan, coordinate, and oversee daily operational activities to ensure smooth workflow across departments.</li><li>Implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) and improve operational processes to enhance productivity and reduce costs.</li><li>Track operational KPIs, identify inefficiencies, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.</li><li>Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, finance, and production teams for seamless execution.</li><li>Ensure compliance with organizational policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.</li><li>Manage resource allocation, scheduling, and operational planning.</li></ul>Budgeting &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Prepare and manage budgets for procurement and operations.</li><li>Track expenses, forecast procurement needs, and ensure cost control.</li><li>Generate periodic reports on procurement status, operational performance, vendor performance, and inventory levels.</li><li>Present insights and recommendations to senior management.</li></ul>Team &amp; Stakeholder Management<ul><li>Lead, mentor, and develop the procurement and operations team.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive alignment and solve operational bottlenecks.</li><li>Build strong internal and external relationships to support business growth.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;16,465.65 - &#8377;25,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
