We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to join our growing performance marketing team. The ideal candidate should be skilled in editing short-form and long-form videos for ads and social media. Motion graphics skills will be a strong advantage.You&rsquo;ll work closely with the performance marketing and creative teams to produce engaging video content that drives conversions, not just aesthetics.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Edit short-form videos for Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube, and Instagram Reels</li><li>Create performance-driven video creatives focused on hooks, retention, and conversions</li><li>Add subtitles, transitions, sound effects, and basic animations</li><li>Collaborate with marketers to understand ad objectives and audience</li><li>Repurpose long-form videos into short-form content</li><li>Maintain brand consistency across all video content</li><li>Meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro</li><li>Strong understanding of video pacing, storytelling, and hooks</li><li>Experience editing videos for social media &amp; ads</li><li>Basic understanding of aspect ratios (1:1, 4:5, 9:16, 16:9)</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced agency environment</li></ul>Add-on / Preferred Skills (Highly Appreciated)<ul><li>Motion Graphics using After Effects</li><li>Knowledge of text animations, lower thirds, and kinetic typography</li><li>Experience with ad creatives for performance marketing</li><li>Understanding of A/B testing creatives (multiple variations)</li><li>Basic color grading and sound design</li></ul>Software Knowledge<ul><li>Adobe Premiere Pro</li><li>Adobe After Effects (Preferred)</li><li>Photoshop (Basic &ndash; Optional)</li></ul>Benefits<ul><li>Work with fast-growing brands and real performance campaigns</li><li>Creative freedom with data-backed decision-making</li><li>Friendly, growth-focused work environment</li><li>Opportunity to upskill in performance marketing creatives</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;45,000.00 per monthWork Location: In personExpected Start Date: 01/01/2026
