We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to join our growing performance marketing team. The ideal candidate should be skilled in editing short-form and long-form videos for ads and social media. Motion graphics skills will be a strong advantage.
You’ll work closely with the performance marketing and creative teams to produce engaging video content that drives conversions, not just aesthetics.
Key Responsibilities
- Edit short-form videos for Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube, and Instagram Reels
- Create performance-driven video creatives focused on hooks, retention, and conversions
- Add subtitles, transitions, sound effects, and basic animations
- Collaborate with marketers to understand ad objectives and audience
- Repurpose long-form videos into short-form content
- Maintain brand consistency across all video content
- Meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro
- Strong understanding of video pacing, storytelling, and hooks
- Experience editing videos for social media & ads
- Basic understanding of aspect ratios (1:1, 4:5, 9:16, 16:9)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced agency environment
Add-on / Preferred Skills (Highly Appreciated)
- Motion Graphics using After Effects
- Knowledge of text animations, lower thirds, and kinetic typography
- Experience with ad creatives for performance marketing
- Understanding of A/B testing creatives (multiple variations)
- Basic color grading and sound design
Software Knowledge
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Adobe After Effects (Preferred)
- Photoshop (Basic – Optional)
