This role requires a performance-driven professional who can build, execute, and optimize a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that drives brand visibility, qualified lead generation, and measurable business growth across multiple digital channels.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop and lead the overall digital marketing strategy for healthcare and medical-specific services and products.</li><li>Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns including SEO, SEM, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Email Marketing, and Content Marketing.</li><li>Design and manage specialized campaigns for:</li><li>Med-Tech productsMed SpasMedical Billing &amp; Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)Labs &amp; Diagnostic CentersMedical Practitioners &amp; Clinics</li><li>Lead performance marketing initiatives focused on high-quality healthcare lead generation.</li></ul><ul><li>Build and optimize healthcare-specific landing pages and conversion funnels.</li><li>Oversee website strategy, content marketing, and healthcare-focused messaging.</li><li>Manage brand positioning, identity, and communication strategies for medical clients.</li><li>Collaborate closely with sales teams to improve lead-to-client conversion rates.</li><li>Monitor, analyze, and report campaign performance using GA4, CRM systems, and marketing dashboards.</li><li>Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of ad spend for maximum ROI.</li><li>Ensure all marketing activities comply with healthcare advertising regulations and industry guidelines.</li><li>Stay updated with evolving healthcare marketing trends, compliance standards, and digital best practices.Requirements &amp; Qualifications</li></ul><ul><li>5+ years of experience in digital marketing.</li><li>Minimum 2&ndash;3 years of specialized experience in medical/healthcare marketing.</li><li>Strong background in:</li><li>Med-Tech marketingMed-Spa campaignsMedical Billing &amp; RCM marketingLaboratory &amp; diagnostic marketingHealthcare practitioner lead generation</li><li>Proven expertise in managing digital marketing campaigns including:</li></ul>SEO &amp; SEMMeta Ads (Facebook/Instagram)Google AdsLinkedIn AdsEmail MarketingContent Marketing<ul><li>Demonstrated track record of building and scaling successful healthcare lead generation funnels.</li><li>Proficiency in GA4, CRM systems, and marketing automation tools.</li><li>Strong understanding of healthcare compliance and advertising regulations.</li><li>Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).</li><li>Client-facing experience with the ability to present strategies, reports, and performance insights professionally.</li><li>Strong leadership, analytical, and strategic planning skills.
