About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Digital Marketing Manager with strong experience in the medical and healthcare sector. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on expertise in medical digital marketing, including Med-Tech, Med-Spas, Medical Billing (RCM), Laboratories, Diagnostic Centers, and Healthcare Practitioner lead generation.
This role requires a performance-driven professional who can build, execute, and optimize a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that drives brand visibility, qualified lead generation, and measurable business growth across multiple digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and lead the overall digital marketing strategy for healthcare and medical-specific services and products.
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns including SEO, SEM, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Email Marketing, and Content Marketing.
- Design and manage specialized campaigns for:
- Med-Tech productsMed SpasMedical Billing & Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)Labs & Diagnostic CentersMedical Practitioners & Clinics
- Lead performance marketing initiatives focused on high-quality healthcare lead generation.
- Build and optimize healthcare-specific landing pages and conversion funnels.
- Oversee website strategy, content marketing, and healthcare-focused messaging.
- Manage brand positioning, identity, and communication strategies for medical clients.
- Collaborate closely with sales teams to improve lead-to-client conversion rates.
- Monitor, analyze, and report campaign performance using GA4, CRM systems, and marketing dashboards.
- Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of ad spend for maximum ROI.
- Ensure all marketing activities comply with healthcare advertising regulations and industry guidelines.
- Stay updated with evolving healthcare marketing trends, compliance standards, and digital best practices.Requirements & Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing.
- Minimum 2–3 years of specialized experience in medical/healthcare marketing.
