As part of our commitment to excellence, we are seeking a skilled and experienced Machinery Operator with expertise in tube mills to join our team.Position Overview: We are looking for a highly skilled and reliable Machinery Operator with experience in operating tube mill machinery. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in tube mill operations, including machine setup, operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance. This individual will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient production of high-quality tubes while adhering to safety and quality standards.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Machine Operation: Operate and monitor tube mill equipment to ensure the production of high-quality tubes within specified tolerances and production schedules.</li><li>Setup and Adjustment: Set up and adjust tube mill machinery, ensuring proper alignment, speed, and parameters for optimal performance.</li><li>Quality Control: Inspect and measure finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications. Make adjustments to machinery as needed to correct deviations.</li><li>Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve any mechanical or operational issues that may arise during production, ensuring minimal downtime.</li><li>Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on tube mill machinery, including cleaning, lubrication, and replacing worn or damaged parts to ensure smooth operation.</li><li>Safety Compliance: Follow all safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. Report any safety hazards or concerns promptly.</li><li>Documentation: Keep accurate records of production outputs, machine settings, maintenance activities, and any issues encountered during the shift.</li><li>Collaboration: Work closely with other team members, including maintenance personnel and supervisors, to ensure smooth production processes and efficient workflow.</li><li>Continuous Improvement: Participate in ongoing training and development to stay updated on the latest tube mill technologies, techniques, and best practices.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience operating tube mill machinery in a manufacturing environment.</li><li>Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of tube mill processes, machinery, and techniques, including machine setup, operation, and troubleshooting.</li><li>Mechanical Skills: Proficient in mechanical troubleshooting and repair, with the ability to identify and address machine malfunctions quickly.</li><li>Attention to Detail: Ability to monitor production closely and make adjustments to ensure quality standards are met.</li><li>Safety Conscious: Knowledge of safety protocols and a strong commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.</li><li>Physical Requirements: Ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods.
