We are seeking Bartenders to join our team for after-hours service. This role offers an exciting opportunity to provide exceptional beverage service in a lively environment, ensuring guests have a memorable experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for crafting drinks, maintaining a clean and organized bar area, and delivering excellent customer service during late-night hours. Prior bartending experience and a friendly demeanor is required.Hours of Operations are 11pm to 4:30am 7 days a week.Please do not apply if you are only available on weekendsExperienced Bartenders OnlyInterviews are held Wednesdays at 11:30pm on siteTips Range $100- $300 per shift Responsibilities<ul><li>Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with standard recipes and customer preferences</li><li>Ensure responsible alcohol service by verifying guest IDs and monitoring intoxication levels</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and supplies</li><li>Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience</li><li>Manage cash register operations, including handling payments accurately</li><li>Restock bar supplies as needed during shifts to ensure smooth service flow</li><li>Adhere to all safety and health regulations, including responsible alcohol service policies</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Previous bartending experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction</li><li>Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment during late-night hours</li><li>Strong attention to detail and organizational skills</li><li>Must be at least 21 years old (or age as required by local laws)</li><li>Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining professionalism</li><li>Knowledge of drink recipes, mixology techniques, and responsible alcohol service practices is a plus</li></ul>Pay: $3.00 per hourWork Location: In person
