We are seeking Bartenders to join our team for after-hours service. This role offers an exciting opportunity to provide exceptional beverage service in a lively environment, ensuring guests have a memorable experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for crafting drinks, maintaining a clean and organized bar area, and delivering excellent customer service during late-night hours. Prior bartending experience and a friendly demeanor is required.

Hours of Operations are 11pm to 4:30am 7 days a week.

Interviews are held Wednesdays at 11:30pm on site

Tips Range $100- $300 per shift

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with standard recipes and customer preferences
• Ensure responsible alcohol service by verifying guest IDs and monitoring intoxication levels
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and supplies
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience
• Manage cash register operations, including handling payments accurately
• Restock bar supplies as needed during shifts to ensure smooth service flow
• Adhere to all safety and health regulations, including responsible alcohol service policies

Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment during late-night hours
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Must be at least 21 years old (or age as required by local laws)
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining professionalism
• Knowledge of drink recipes, mixology techniques, and responsible alcohol service practices is a plus

Pay: $3.00 per hour
