We&rsquo;re looking for an Office Support Specialist who can work independently, support the accounting office, and help keep daily dealership tasks accurate and on track.Responsibilities<ul><li>Reconcile vendor statements to purchase orders/contracts</li><li>Process vendor payments and support Accounts Payable functions</li><li>Look for opportunities to reduce expenses and improve processes</li><li>Work cooperatively with the office team and sales personnel</li><li>Receipt money and process daily deposits</li><li>Post funding/EFT as needed</li><li>Cross-train to support the office team with a variety of functions</li><li>Answer dealership phones when necessary</li><li>Post new and used car deals in accounting (as assigned)</li><li>Calculate and/or support commission processing (as assigned)</li><li>Post internal repair orders</li><li>Reconcile schedules on a daily basis</li><li>Assist with automotive license and title processing functions</li><li>Research and resolve discrepancies or issues in the titling process</li><li>Type memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents</li><li>File deals and scan miscellaneous paperwork</li><li>Other duties as assigned</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Associate degree in Accounting OR dealership office experience required</li><li>Dealertrack experience preferred (required if role will support deals/titles daily)</li><li>Microsoft Excel REQUIRED (spreadsheets, tracking, basic formulas)</li><li>General knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office</li><li>Excellent communication skills</li><li>Positive, professional, team-first attitude</li><li>Punctual, dependable, and able to handle schedule flexibility</li><li>Clean driving record and valid driver&rsquo;s license</li><li>Professional appearance</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>401(k) plan</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Vision and dental plans</li><li>Paid vacation time</li><li>Growth opportunity in a stable, high-volume dealership</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $50,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Employee discount</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
