The ideal candidate will be data-driven, results-oriented, and possess expertise in digital advertising strategies, conversion optimization, and performance analysis.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Campaign Strategy and Management</li><li>Develop and execute performance-driven digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including paid search (PPC), display advertising, social media ads, email marketing, and affiliate marketing.</li><li>Manage and optimize campaigns to achieve business goals, focusing on driving traffic, conversions, lead generation, and sales.</li><li>Oversee the paid media budget, ensuring efficient allocation and maximizing ROI.</li><li>Conduct A/B testing on ads, landing pages, and campaigns to continuously improve performance.</li><li>Data Analysis and Reporting</li><li>Analyze key performance metrics (e.g., CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, ROI) to measure the success of digital marketing campaigns.</li><li>Provide regular performance reports, insights, and recommendations to senior management to guide strategy and decision-making.</li><li>Monitor customer behavior, engagement, and conversion funnels to identify areas for improvement.</li><li>Utilize Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other analytics platforms to generate actionable insights.</li><li>SEO and SEM Optimization</li><li>Lead efforts to enhance the visibility of the brand through SEO and search engine marketing (SEM).</li><li>Optimize landing pages, keywords, and content strategies to improve organic search rankings and paid media performance.</li><li>Ensure the integration of SEO best practices across digital assets and campaigns.</li><li>Performance Tracking and Budget Management</li><li>Manage, track, and optimize the performance of digital campaigns in line with budget requirements.</li><li>Monitor and adjust spending to ensure maximum return on marketing investments, identifying cost-saving opportunities without sacrificing performance.</li><li>Prepare forecasts and budgets for performance marketing initiatives, ensuring all campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.</li><li>Cross-Channel Collaboration</li><li>Work closely with the Creative, Content, Social Media, and Product Marketing teams to ensure that campaigns align with brand goals and messaging.</li><li>Collaborate with Sales and Business Development teams to align digital marketing efforts with overall business objectives.</li><li>Provide guidance and support to the broader marketing team on the integration of performance-driven strategies.</li><li>Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)</li><li>Implement strategies to improve website conversion rates through optimized landing pages, calls-to-action (CTAs), and user experience (UX) enhancements.</li><li>Use tools like Google Optimize, Optimizely, or other CRO tools to run tests and experiments aimed at improving conversion rates.</li><li>Stay Updated on Industry Trends</li><li>Stay on top of industry trends and emerging technologies in digital marketing to continuously improve campaign strategies and performance.</li><li>Evaluate and test new digital marketing platforms and tools to expand the brand's digital presence.</li></ul>Required Qualifications<ul><li>Education: Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.</li><li>Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in performance-based digital marketing, with a proven track record of managing campaigns across multiple channels (paid search, display, social, etc.).</li><li>Certifications: Relevant certifications (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, Google Analytics) are highly preferred.</li></ul>Key Skills and Competencies<ul><li>Digital Marketing Expertise: Deep understanding of paid media channels, including Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid advertising platforms.</li><li>Data-Driven: Strong ability to analyse data and extract insights to optimize campaigns and maximize ROI.
