The Supply Chain Manager will be responsible for managing end-to-end procurement, vendor management, inventory control, logistics, and cost optimization across all hospitality outlets. The role ensures uninterrupted supply of food, beverages, kitchen equipment, packaging materials, and other operational items while maintaining quality standards and cost efficiency.

Key Responsibilities1. Procurement & Vendor Management

  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable vendors and suppliers.
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, payment terms, and annual rate agreements.
  • Ensure quality compliance as per hospitality standards.
  • Develop alternate vendors for risk mitigation.

2. Inventory Management

  • Maintain optimal stock levels across outlets and warehouses.
  • Implement FIFO/FEFO practices for perishable goods.
  • Monitor slow-moving and dead stock.
  • Conduct periodic stock audits and reconciliation.

3. Logistics & Distribution

  • Plan and manage timely delivery of raw materials to all outlets.
  • Coordinate with transport vendors and warehouse teams.
  • Reduce lead time and transportation costs.

4. Cost Control & Budgeting

  • Monitor food cost percentage and wastage.
  • Analyze purchase trends and reduce procurement cost.
  • Prepare monthly procurement MIS reports.
  • Implement cost-saving initiatives.

5. Compliance & Quality Assurance

  • Ensure compliance with FSSAI and hygiene standards.
  • Maintain documentation of purchase records and vendor compliance.
  • Monitor quality of incoming materials.

6. Team Coordination

  • Coordinate with Store Managers, Kitchen Heads, and Finance Team.
  • Supervise procurement executives/store staff if applicable.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
