Roles and responsibilities:&middot; Responsible for sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, hiring, managing, and talent retention.&middot; To develop and carry out talent acquisition strategies for the company.&middot; Develop a company policy for talent assessment, benchmarking, and interviews.&middot; Source candidates and fill in vacant positions in the company and manage the entire recruitment life cycle.&middot; Source applicants through online channels, such as LinkedIn and other professional networks.&middot; Create customized job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the requirements for each position in the company&middot; Anticipate future hiring needs by analyzing the organization's development.&middot; Mentor candidates regarding salary, benefits, and work culture.&middot; Prepare a report on a monthly basis for key talent acquisition metrics.&middot; Work closely with the company leadership to stay updated and meet the company's hiring needs and define selection criteria for candidates by liaising with managers and other team members.&middot; Review performance and work closely with employees for ensuring employee satisfaction and happiness at the workplace&middot; Perform quarterly, semi-annual and annual reviews in association with company leadership for all employeesManage day-to-day office administrative tasks as deemed necessaryJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;10,000.00 - &#8377;20,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
