Responsibilities:&nbsp;<ul><li>Audit Management: Conducting regular audits to assess the organization’s compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies.</li><li>Risk Assessment: Identify and evaluate potential compliance risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.</li><li>Training: Provide training to employees and teams on compliance-related matters to increase awareness and understanding of compliance requirements.</li><li>Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of compliance-related activities, findings, and actions taken.</li><li>Reporting: Preparing and submitting compliance reports to senior management, outlining the organization’s compliance status.</li><li>Investigating: Follow up on the noncompliant incidents to investigate on root causes</li><li>Collaborating: Working closely with different departments (procurement, sales, operations)&nbsp;to&nbsp;ensure that compliance requirements are integrated into their processes and projects.</li><li>Quality Assurance: Monitor the effectiveness of compliance programs and make recommendations for improvements.</li><li>Ethical Standards: Promote a culture of ethical behavior and integrity within the organization.</li><li>Auditing Tools: Utilize auditing software and tools to streamline the audit process and enhance efficiency.</li><li>Liaising with project team, clients, contractors, and subcontractors.</li><li>Advising managers on improvements and new strategies.</li><li>Establishing and maintaining professional relationships with external and internal stakeholders.</li><li>Liaising with all parties involved (sales, presales…) to ensure pricing of projects Is compliant</li><li>Reviewing job costing and validating BOQ and prices before submission for Chairman’s approval.</li><li>Reviewing projects ‘execution plans, validate quantity (and technical) requirements and timely ordering, and follow up on the execution issues of projects and its documentation.</li><li>Reviewing Purchase Requisitions, with the right suppliers’ quotations, to ensure that project budget is met.</li><li>Reviewing Purchase Orders to ensure compliance with the policies and procedures.</li><li>Conducting investigations into compliance breaches and reporting findings to relevant stakeholders.</li><li>Preparing reports, analyses, reviewing contracts and budgets, conducting risk assessment.</li><li>Traveling from the office to various sites in different regions as required.</li></ul>&nbsp;Competencies: &nbsp;<ul><li>Minimum 4-6 years of experience in Audit and Compliance &amp;/or Project Management (for example for Power Systems/ELV projects)</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (such as mechanical, civil, or electrical engineering)</li><li>Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Compliance Professional)</li><li>Relevant exposure to job costing and procurement.</li><li>Sound understanding of business processes.</li><li>Prior experience in compliance, auditing, or a related field is an added value.</li><li>Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.</li><li>Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Excellent negotiating and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Ability to organize, plan, and strategize.</li><li>Ability to communicate at the senior management level.</li></ul>
