Role OverviewWe are looking for a senior Search Engine Optimisation Specialist to drive organic growth across the A1J group &ndash; including A1Jewellers.com, A1Mint.com, marketplace partner stores, The Sunaar and our YouTube presence. This is a key on-site role in Faisalabad where you will take ownership of technical SEO, content strategy and on-page optimisation to grow qualified traffic and revenue for a fast-moving online jewellery business with real-time pricing.<ul><li>Location: Faisalabad (office-based)</li><li>Working Hours: 1:00 pm &ndash; 10:00 pm, Monday to Saturday</li></ul>Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Lead end-to-end technical audits: crawl health, indexation, Core Web Vitals, structured data, redirects, hreflang, canonicals, robots directives and XML sitemaps.</li><li>Develop a comprehensive keyword and content strategy for 22ct jewellery &ndash; rings, chains, bangles, necklace sets, pre-owned pieces and bullion.</li><li>Execute large-scale on-page optimisation (titles, meta data, headers, internal linking and PDP copy frameworks) and work with Design/Dev on CRO improvements.</li><li>Implement, test and maintain structured data (Product, Organisation, FAQ, VideoObject, Review, etc.) to enhance visibility in search features.</li><li>Own GA4 and Search Console reporting: define organic KPIs, build dashboards (Looker/Data Studio) and communicate insights to management.</li><li>Plan and coordinate digital PR and link-building campaigns in line with brand guidelines and seasonal moments (Eid, Diwali, editorial features and launches).</li><li>Work closely with developers to ensure SEO-safe deployments &ndash; including pagination, filters/facets, JavaScript rendering, caching/Varnish behaviours and price updates.</li><li>Optimise YouTube SEO (titles, descriptions, chapters, thumbnails) and align it with on-site content and campaigns.</li></ul>Essential Skills &amp; Experience<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree required &ndash; ideally in Marketing, Business, Computer Science or a closely related field.</li><li>4+ years of hands-on SEO experience for e-commerce or large transactional sites.</li><li>Strong technical SEO capabilities, including Core Web Vitals optimisation, log-file or crawl analysis and JavaScript SEO.</li><li>Proven track record in on-page optimisation and content strategy that has delivered measurable growth.</li><li>Confident using GSC, GA4, Ahrefs/Semrush, Screaming Frog and Looker/Data Studio (or similar tools).</li><li>Demonstrated experience working with development teams &ndash; writing tickets/specs, reviewing staging, validating releases.</li><li>Clear evidence of improving rankings, organic traffic and revenue (case studies, reports or screenshots).</li></ul>Desirable (Nice to Have)<ul><li>Background with marketplace or multi-store architectures.</li><li>Exposure to Laravel and/or WordPress environments, plus tag management (GTM vs gtag).</li><li>Understanding of international SEO, localisation and hreflang implementations.</li></ul>Success Criteria &ndash; First 90 Days<ul><li>Create a technical SEO debt register with prioritised actions, and have key fixes in progress.</li><li>Achieve an uplift of 20&ndash;30% in non-brand organic sessions for priority categories (depending on baseline).</li><li>Noticeable improvements in Core Web Vitals pass rates and index coverage, with reduced duplication/faceted indexation.</li></ul>How to ApplyPlease email your:<ul><li>Updated CV</li><li>Two SEO case studies (before/after metrics)</li><li>A sample audit outline for any previous project</li></ul>to hr@a1jewellers.com with the subject line:Senior Search Engine Optimisation Specialist &ndash; A1J (Faisalabad, 1 pm&ndash;10 pm)Job Type: Full-timeEducation:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Required)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>SEO: 4 years (Required)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>English (Required)</li></ul>Location:<ul><li>Faisalabad (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
