Role Purpose:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Customer Service Representative (CSR) with a minimum of 3 years of experience to join our team. This individual will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. In addition to CSR duties, the role will also include virtual assistant (VA) tasks, supporting various administrative functions to streamline operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and professional responses to customer inquiries via email, phone, and live chat.
- Address customer concerns, complaints, and product inquiries, ensuring all issues are resolved to satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed and accurate customer records, ensuring proper documentation of inquiries and resolutions.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately.
- Assist with product information and offer suggestions based on customer needs.
- Manage and update customer accounts, including troubleshooting issues with orders or account details.
- Handle virtual assistant tasks, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and supporting administrative work as required.
- Assist with maintaining customer service procedures, policies, and product information updates.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient customer service delivery.
- Work efficiently within the company's shift schedule (1 PM – 10 PM).
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or related roles.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to handle difficult customer interactions calmly and professionally.
- Proficient in using CRM software, email platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.
- Experience in virtual assistant tasks is highly desirable.
- Ability to work on-site in Faisalabad, adhering to the 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM shift.
- A positive attitude with a strong customer-centric approach.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality service.
