Position Summary</b><br>
The Talent Screener &amp; Administrative Assistant plays a key role in our front-end hiring process and day-to-day office operations. This position conducts initial phone interviews, organizes applicant data, supports onboarding, and assists with customer and job survey coordination. The role ensures that hiring momentum stays on track and that the office runs smoothly, while also helping management gather feedback that improves quality and customer satisfaction.</p><p>
This position reports directly to company leadership.</p><p><b>
Key Responsibilities</b></p><div><b>
Talent Screening &amp; Recruiting Support</b><br>
<ul><li>Conduct structured phone screenings to qualify applicants based on experience, availability, and cultural fit</li><li>Take clear interview notes and provide recommendations to management</li><li>Maintain and update applicant tracking logs and candidate files</li><li>Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates promptly</li><li>Coordinate new-hire onboarding paperwork, system setup, and first-day readiness</li></ul></div><div><b>
Customer &amp; Job Survey Coordination</b><br>
<ul><li>Create and manage satisfaction surveys and job completion surveys</li><li>Track responses, identify trends, and flag issues that need follow-up</li><li>Prepare simple reports or summaries for management to support quality improvements</li><li>Assist with outbound survey calls or messages when needed</li></ul></div><div><b>
Administrative &amp; Office Support</b><br>
<ul><li>Assist in answering phones and route calls professionally</li><li>Assist with filing, organizing documents, and maintaining digital records</li><li>Perform data entry and help maintain accurate internal logs and spreadsheets</li><li>Assist management with scheduling, communication, and miscellaneous administrative projects</li></ul></div><div><b>
Qualifications</b><br>
<ul><li>Strong communication and phone presence; comfortable speaking with applicants and customers</li><li>Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities</li><li>Proficient with basic computer applications (Google Workspace, Word, Excel, etc.)</li><li>Able to stay professional under pressure and handle sensitive information with discretion</li><li>Experience in recruiting, office administration, or customer service is preferred but not required</li></ul></div><p><b>
Schedule</b><br>
Full-time, Monday&ndash;Friday, standard business hours.</p><p><br>
