Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool &amp; Infant Teacher to inspire young minds and foster a nurturing learning environment for children in early childhood. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on children's educational journeys while working within a vibrant team committed to excellence in early childhood education.Duties<ul><li>Develop and implement dynamic, age-appropriate curriculum plans that incorporate literacy education, math skills, physical education, and Montessori methods to support diverse learning styles.</li><li>Foster a positive classroom atmosphere through effective classroom management and behavior management strategies that promote respect, cooperation, and independence among children.</li><li>Provide attentive toddler care and infant care, ensuring their safety, comfort, and developmental needs are met daily.</li><li>Use assessment tools such as standardized testing and formative evaluations to monitor each child's progress in areas like childhood development and early intervention.</li><li>Collaborate with colleagues on lesson planning and classroom activities that enhance early childhood education outcomes.</li><li>Engage with children through tutoring, storytelling, hands-on activities, and play-based learning to stimulate curiosity and cognitive growth.</li><li>Communicate regularly with parents or guardians about their child's progress, milestones, and any behavioral or developmental concerns.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Proven experience working with children in preschool or daycare settings, including classroom experience with infants and toddlers.</li><li>Strong knowledge of childhood development principles, early intervention strategies, and special education needs.</li><li>Familiarity with curriculum development techniques across various subjects such as literacy education, math, physical education, and Montessori methods.</li><li>Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, colleagues, and community partners.</li><li>Ability to manage a classroom effectively through classroom management techniques that foster a respectful learning environment.</li><li>Certification or training in early childhood education or related fields is preferred; ongoing professional development is encouraged.</li><li>Demonstrated commitment to child welfare, safety protocols, and best practices in childcare settings.
