Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated and skilled IT professional to manage and support our organization&rsquo;s IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and ensuring the smooth operation of all IT systems, including network management, IT security, application support, and user assistance.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, ensuring continuous availability and performance.</li><li>Provide contact and non-contact IT support for users.</li><li>Handle IT security operations, including patching, antivirus, and firewall management.</li><li>Support and maintain Network infrastructure, including Switches , VLANs, Routers, and Firewalls.</li><li>Manage Active Directory (AD), DNS, Group Policies, and Domain Controllers.</li><li>Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, operating systems, and applications.</li><li>Monitor system performance and ensure compliance with IT policies and standards.</li><li>Collaborate with other teams to resolve technical issues efficiently.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.</li><li>Basic to intermediate knowledge of IT infrastructure, AD, DNS, and Group Policy.</li><li>Understanding of networking concepts (routers, VLANs, firewalls).</li><li>Hands-on experience with Windows Server and client operating systems preferred.</li><li>Good problem-solving and communication skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Internship, Fresher Contract length: 3 monthsPay: Rs15,000.00 - Rs25,000.00 per month
