IT Manager

Responsibilities:

• Manage IT support operations across multiple shifts
• Supervise network engineers, system engineers, and support staff.
• Ensure uptime, performance, and security of IT infrastructure.
• Monitor, escalate, and resolve critical IT issues promptly.
• Maintain documentation of IT systems, processes, and SOPs.

Required Skills:

• Leadership and team management
• Problem-solving in complex IT environments
• Strong knowledge of network, servers, and systems
• Communication and coordination with multiple teams

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s or higher in IT/CS or equivalent
• MCSE or equivalent certification
• HCIP (R&S) certification
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT operations and team management

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs130,000.00 per month
