Learn more at aaglobal.com.Position Overview We&rsquo;re seeking an E-Commerce Performance Manager who thrives on data and knows how to turn insights into results. This is an in-office role based in Cockeysville, MD. In this role, you&rsquo;ll focus 75% of your time on optimizing our Salesforce Commerce Cloud site for performance, conversions, SEO/SEM, and revenue growth, and 25% on web administration to ensure the site remains accurate, functional, and up to date.Success in this role will be measured by improved conversion rates, increased online revenue, stronger SEO/SEM performance, and actionable reporting that drives decision-making.Key ResponsibilitiesWeb Performance, Optimization &amp; Acquisition (75%)<ul><li>Monitor, analyze, and report on site performance using GA4, SEMrush, and Salesforce Commerce Cloud reporting.</li><li>Develop and execute strategies to increase conversions, improve UX, and drive online revenue.</li><li>Optimize SEO (on-page, technical, content) and SEM/paid search campaigns to maximize ROI.</li><li>Conduct keyword research, content optimization, and link-building strategies.</li><li>Plan, launch, and monitor A/B and multivariate tests to identify conversion opportunities.</li><li>Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to align site content, campaigns, and promotions with business goals.</li><li>Build dashboards and performance reports, translating data into actionable insights.</li><li>Stay ahead of emerging e-commerce, search engine, and analytics trends.</li></ul>Web Administration (25%)<ul><li>Manage daily site updates, including product listings, pricing, promotions, and content changes.</li><li>QA site updates for accuracy, functionality, and mobile responsiveness.</li><li>Ensure product data, images, and assets are consistent across systems (SAGE, FileMaker, Salesforce CRM).</li><li>Partner with IT to troubleshoot issues and enhance site speed, uptime, and integrations.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>5&ndash;7 years in web performance, SEO/SEM strategy, paid search, and e-commerce optimization.</li><li>Google Analytics (GA4) certification &mdash; required.</li><li>Hands-on experience with SEMrush for keyword research, SEO audits, and performance tracking.</li><li>Hands-on experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud &mdash; required.</li><li>Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, and paid search campaign management.</li><li>Proficiency with A/B testing and personalization tools.</li><li>Working knowledge of HTML/CSS for minor adjustments (preferred).</li><li>Advanced Excel skills for analysis and reporting.</li><li>Strong project management and multitasking ability.</li><li>Exceptional attention to detail and skill in translating data into insights.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From $85,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Flexible spending account</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
