Mechanic &ndash; Diesel, Gas &amp; Small EngineWe are seeking a skilled and dependable Mechanic to join our team. This position will be responsible for maintaining and repairing a fleet of diesel and gas-powered trucks, trailers, and commercial landscaping equipment. Experience with small engines is required.Please note: Our shop is fully equipped with most mechanic tools; however, we do not have a vehicle lift. Candidates must be comfortable working in that environment.Responsibilities<ul><li>Diagnose and repair diesel and gas engines</li><li>Perform routine maintenance (oil changes, brakes, belts, filters, etc.)</li><li>Repair and maintain small engines (mowers, blowers, trimmers, etc.)</li><li>Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues</li><li>Complete preventative maintenance on company vehicles and equipment</li><li>Maintain a clean and organized work area</li><li>Keep accurate service and repair records</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Proven experience with diesel and gas engine repair</li><li>Strong small engine repair experience</li><li>Ability to diagnose mechanical issues efficiently</li><li>Must be comfortable working without a lift</li><li>Reliable and self-motivated</li><li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license (CDL is a plus but not required)</li></ul>Preferred Skills<ul><li>Welding and fabrication experience is a plus</li><li>Knowledge of hydraulic systems</li><li>Experience working with commercial landscaping equipment</li></ul>Compensation &amp; Schedule<ul><li>Pay based on experience</li><li>Full-time position</li><li>Monday&ndash;Friday (some seasonal overtime may be required)</li></ul>Why Join Us?<ul><li>Steady, year-round work</li><li>Well-equipped shop</li><li>Supportive team environment</li><li>Growing company with long-term opportunity</li></ul>If you are a hardworking mechanic who takes pride in quality work and keeping equipment running strong, we&rsquo;d love to hear from you.Job Type: Full-timePay: From $25.00 per hourWork Location: In person
