We are expanding our EV charging network under QVolt and are hiring an experienced EV CPO Manager / Head of Charging Operations to lead deployment, operations, and commercial growth across multiple sites.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Lead end-to-end rollout of EV charging stations (AC/DC) across UAE</li><li>Manage vendor coordination, site surveys, installation, commissioning, and approvals</li><li>Oversee CPMS, billing systems, RFID, and driver network integration</li><li>Drive operational uptime, preventive maintenance, and SLA compliance</li><li>Manage relationships with hotels, malls, developers, and fleet partners</li><li>Analyze kWh usage, utilization, and site profitability</li><li>Plan expansion roadmap and execute new site acquisitions</li><li>Ensure all chargers meet UAE standards, safety, and environmental requirements</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>3+ years in EV charging, power systems, mobility, or related technical fields</li><li>Strong understanding of AC/DC chargers, power load, CPMS, and site ops</li><li>Ability to manage technical teams and external contractors</li><li>Problem-solving mindset with commercial acumen</li><li>UAE experience preferred</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Leadership role in a fast-growing EV charging company</li><li>Opportunity to build and scale a national charging network</li><li>Competitive salary + performance growth</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED5,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
