Job Overview We are seeking a skilled Painter to join our team. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality painting services in both residential and commercial settings. This position is on an independent contract basis, you will receive a 1099.Duties<ul><li>Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and applying primer as needed.</li><li>Apply paint, varnish, or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or airless paint spraying equipment.</li><li>Execute residential and commercial painting projects with precision and attention to detail.</li><li>Perform plastering and caulking to ensure smooth finishes on walls and fixtures.</li><li>Maintain a clean work environment by properly storing tools and materials after use.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Experience in residential and commercial painting is essential.</li><li>Experience with hand tools, power tools, and airless paint spraying equipment is required.</li><li>Must have a valid Social Security Card and Identification</li></ul>Job Type: ContractPay: $20.00 per hourExpected hours: 10 &ndash; 40 per weekWork Location: In person
