Painter

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Painter to join our team. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality painting services in both residential and commercial settings. This position is on an independent contract basis, you will receive a 1099.

Duties

• Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and applying primer as needed.
• Apply paint, varnish, or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or airless paint spraying equipment.
• Execute residential and commercial painting projects with precision and attention to detail.
• Perform plastering and caulking to ensure smooth finishes on walls and fixtures.
• Maintain a clean work environment by properly storing tools and materials after use.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential and commercial painting is essential.
• Experience with hand tools, power tools, and airless paint spraying equipment is required.
• Must have a valid Social Security Card and Identification

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 40 per week
