This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your skills in a fast-paced, fun environment dedicated to exceptional customer satisfaction.Duties<ul><li>Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS.</li><li>Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, providing excellent customer service that enhances their overall experience.</li><li>Manage multiple drink orders while maintaining high standards of food safety, food handling, and responsible alcohol serving practices.</li><li>Handle cash transactions, perform cashiering duties, and ensure accurate cash handling using retail math skills.</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety regulations and sanitation standards.</li><li>Upsell beverages and promote specials to increase sales while fostering a lively nightclub or banquet atmosphere.</li><li>Assist with catering events or banquet service when needed, ensuring smooth operation during large gatherings or private functions.</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Previous restaurant or food service experience as a bartender is essential.</li><li>Proven ability to manage time effectively in busy settings, balancing multiple orders seamlessly.</li><li>Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable.</li><li>Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect authentically with diverse guests.</li><li>Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math for sales upselling, and understanding of food industry standards are required.</li><li>Knowledge of food safety protocols, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service regulations is critical for success in this role.
