Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, providing excellent customer service that enhances their overall experience.
• Manage multiple drink orders while maintaining high standards of food safety, food handling, and responsible alcohol serving practices.
• Handle cash transactions, perform cashiering duties, and ensure accurate cash handling using retail math skills.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety regulations and sanitation standards.
• Upsell beverages and promote specials to increase sales while fostering a lively nightclub or banquet atmosphere.
• Assist with catering events or banquet service when needed, ensuring smooth operation during large gatherings or private functions.

Experience

• Previous restaurant or food service experience as a bartender is essential.
• Proven ability to manage time effectively in busy settings, balancing multiple orders seamlessly.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect authentically with diverse guests.
• Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math for sales upselling, and understanding of food industry standards are required.
• Knowledge of food safety protocols, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service regulations is critical for success in this role.
