<div><div><b>Overview: </b>A Little Journey Montessori School is seeking a Lead Toddler Teacher to join our team. This is a full-time position with 38 - 40 hours per week that supports children ages 18 months to 3 years old in a high-quality Montessori environment.

<b>Responsibilities:</b></div><ul><li>
Lead (co-lead) the toddler classroom using Montessori principles and developmentally appropriate practices.</li><li>
Prepare and maintain an orderly, engaging learning environment.</li><li>
Observe and document child development and progress.</li><li>
Communicate effectively with families and team members.</li><li>
Support classroom assistants and collaborate with school leadership.</li><li>
Ensure safety, supervision, and adherence to licensing and school policies.</li></ul><div><br>
<b>
Qualifications:</b></div><ul><li>
Montessori Infant/Toddler credentials (MACTE, AMS) preferred.</li><li>
Experience working with children under the age of 3.</li><li>
Strong classroom management and organizational skills.</li><li>
Ability to work collaboratively and maintain professionalism.</li><li>
CPR/First Aid certification or must obtain within 30 days of hire.</li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>
Schedule:</b> Would vary Monday through Friday within the hours of 7:30 am - 4:30 pm.</div><br>
