Lead Toddler Teacher - Montessori

• Lead (co-lead) the toddler classroom using Montessori principles and developmentally appropriate practices.
• Prepare and maintain an orderly, engaging learning environment.
• Observe and document child development and progress.
• Communicate effectively with families and team members.
• Support classroom assistants and collaborate with school leadership.
• Ensure safety, supervision, and adherence to licensing and school policies.

• Montessori Infant/Toddler credentials (MACTE, AMS) preferred.
• Experience working with children under the age of 3.
• Strong classroom management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and maintain professionalism.
• CPR/First Aid certification or must obtain within 30 days of hire.

A Little Journey Montessori School is an early childhood educational program based on the Montessori method.
