We are committed to delivering high-quality, reliable, and energy-efficient furnace solutions.Job Summary:We are seeking a skilled and experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer to oversee the electrical systems, control panels, and automation equipment used in our industrial furnaces. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with heat treatment furnace operations, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and ensuring minimal downtime of equipment.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Perform routine electrical maintenance, inspection, and troubleshooting of heat treatment furnaces and related equipment.</li><li>Ensure safe and reliable operation of PLC, VFDs, control panels, sensors, and temperature controllers.</li><li>Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance to minimize unplanned downtime.</li><li>Diagnose electrical faults and implement effective solutions promptly.</li><li>Collaborate with the mechanical maintenance team during furnace overhauls or breakdowns.</li><li>Maintain proper records of maintenance activities and generate service reports.</li><li>Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and company protocols.</li><li>Support furnace installation, testing, and commissioning as needed.</li><li>Provide technical guidance for process improvements and energy efficiency.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills:<ul><li>Diploma/Degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.</li><li>1-5 years of experience in electrical maintenance, preferably in the furnace or heat treatment industry.</li><li>Strong knowledge of:</li><li>Industrial furnaces and heating elements</li><li>PLCs, SCADA systems, and automation</li><li>VFDs, contactors, relays, and motor controls</li><li>Temperature and process control instrumentation</li><li>Ability to read and understand electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.</li><li>Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Knowledge of electrical safety standards and practices.</li><li>Good communication and teamwork skills.</li></ul>Preferred Experience:<ul><li>Worked with heat treatment plants, sealed quench furnaces, or continuous furnaces.</li><li>Hands-on experience in industrial automation systems.</li></ul>Call: 9565626839Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Paid time off</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
