Job Summary:We are seeking a proactive and organized Dispatch Incharge to oversee and manage all dispatch-related activities. The ideal candidate will ensure timely and accurate deliveries by coordinating between clients, transporters, and internal teams, while maintaining proper documentation and client satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Coordinate with clients for dispatch schedules, delivery requirements, and special instructions.</li><li>Ensure timely dispatch of materials as per client orders and timelines.</li><li>Liaise with transporters and logistics partners to arrange lorries/trucks as required.</li><li>Verify dispatch documents including delivery challans, invoices, e-way bills, and transport receipts.</li><li>Track dispatch status and provide regular updates to clients and management.</li><li>Ensure proper loading and dispatch as per quality and safety standards.</li><li>Collect and document client feedback on dispatch performance.</li><li>Maintain dispatch records and ensure all documentation is accurate and complete.</li><li>Identify and resolve any issues or delays in the dispatch process promptly.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;20,000.00 per monthExperience:<ul><li>Dispatching: 3 years (Required)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>Marathi (Required)</li><li>English (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
